About The Role
The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the company’s cash flow monitoring and forecasting on a global and consolidated view. This role involves managing daily cash operations, developing and maintaining cash flow forecasts, and ensuring the company has adequate liquidity to meet its financial obligations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
To succeed in this role you should have experience working in fast-pace environment, thinking “out of the box” and excellent communication skills.
What You'll Be Doing
Cash Flow Monitoring & Forecasting:
- Prepare actual cash flow numbers on an ongoing basis.
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Analyze variances between actual cash flows and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on cash flow trends and projections.
Automatization:
- Take the lead on the different automatization projects between the banks, our ERP system Netsuite and the internal cash flow tools
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate financial risks related to cash flow and liquidity.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company’s financial assets.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as FP&A, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable, to ensure accurate cash flow forecasting.
- Support teamwork and back up other team members responsibilities.
- Support treasury-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, Controlling, or a related field such as FP&A.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite- Big Advantage.
- Experience in treasury and cash flow forecasting
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.
