Summary/Function: 

A TRAX Analyst I will monitor and maintain the day-to-day activity of the TRAX application. Work closely with internal and external partners to resolve issues. Analyze program data and work with team to determine future program enhancements to create operating efficiencies.


Qualifications/Requirements:

•Proficient computer skills with regards to Microsoft Office, Outlook and the back-office operations system

•Ability to document and archive guidelines, policies, and procedures

•Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve goals and resolve problems

•Strong analytical, product management, and organizational skills and attention to detail

•Logical problem solver with ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment

•Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a sometimes demanding situation

•Proactive and self-motivated

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate in a clear, service-oriented manner and use appropriate, professional language and grammar to effectively exchange ideas and information

•Ability to proactively work with both external and internal clients

•Ability to relate with others in a professional manner to accomplish work responsibilities and objectives

•Previous experience in a securities industry back-office environment, preferred

•Degree in Business or related field is ideal

•Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance


Duties:

•Provide daily customer service to our Wealth Management and Operations teams related to questions or issues with the TRAX application

•Work with users to define concepts; elicit requirements from branch users and operations using interview, document analysis, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis

•Coordinate with department managers on how they will successfully execute a project/form within their department.

•Interpret branch and operations business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

•Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs

•Proactively communicate and collaborate with external vendors and internal employees to analyze information needs and functional requirements

•Co-develop training documents and live training with the Project Manager.

•Perform any other duties and special projects as necessary.
