Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Transaction Coordinator position will focus exclusively on partnering with the transaction professionals of the office tenant representation team in the following capacities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end commercial real estate transactions, including lease negotiations, renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial analytics to clients.
- Negotiate lease terms, purchase agreements, and other transaction documents with landlords, tenants, and brokers.
- Maintain client transaction timelines, tracking critical dates and milestones to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare transaction summaries, approval packages, and presentation materials for team and client review.
- Organizes and coordinates client-specific property information packages in response to Request for Information (RFls), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and Letter of Intent (LOls).
- Maintains current information on clients/tenants, market availability, and leases.
- Compiles property data for clients including tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, and status updates for listing and/or tenant representative assignments.
- Manages the property survey and compilation of tour books.
- Coordination of major client engagement events and gatherings along with specific events.
- Prepare social media posts for LinkedIn to promote our deals, properties, and people.
- Assist the Brokerage Team with business development by researching prospects, developing and vetting target lists, and engaging with the Marketing Team in the creation and distribution of marketing materials (i.e. Pitch Decks, One-off content pieces, etc.)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in real estate software, Microsoft Office Suite, and financial analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Strong understanding of real estate principles, lease structures, and transaction management processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong financial, analytical and research skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience in creating client presentations and marketing materials
- GA Real estate salesperson license
