Job Description:

You will be a part of a highly skilled and performance-driven team of transaction advisory experts, dedicated to providing unparalleled services to some of the world’s top private equity firms. Your role will be to support the growth and development of the private equity advisory practice within the transaction services team. You will be a trusted advisor to Crowe’s clients and your expertise will be critical in providing strategic advice, leading engagements, and delivering services under the highest standards of integrity and precision. You will demonstrate your ability to proactively collaborate with clients to advise and support their business needs at all stages of the investment lifecycle. Additionally, you will develop and promote innovative ideas and business solutions that result in successful attraction of new clients as well as extended services to existing clients. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the success of the private equity advisory practice within the transaction services team.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for clients and target companies across multiple industries including manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, technology, construction, retail, business services, and food and commodities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the strategic vision for the transaction services advisory practice in collaboration with the other Partners and practice leaders
  • Promote strong client relationships through direct interactions with current and prospective clients to provide high-quality client service
  • Position team for successful engagement execution, quality results and client satisfaction by clearly working within project parameters, managing resources and processes while anticipating and resolving issues
  • Actively seek and support new opportunities for the firm by identifying innovative strategies to create new business opportunities for desired markets
  • Work within budgetary and time constraints while providing high-level client satisfaction
  • Help build a dedicated and motivated team of professionals to accomplish the vision and strategy serving as a role model providing mentorship and professional development
  • Conduct engagements in compliance with applicable professional, legal, regulatory, and firm requirements

 Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required, master’s or advanced degree desirable
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred
  • At least 12+ years of experience in transaction advisory services / mergers and acquisitions however a minimum of 15 years of experience is preferred
  • Established expertise with private equity clients
  • Innovative and forward-thinking leader with a proven history of managing complex engagements, delivering high-quality results while providing exceptional client service
  • Ability to strategically plan for growth, cross-sell firm services while adhering to independence standards

The salary range for this role considers various factors, including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The salary range provided is an estimate, with actual pay within this range determined by your specific qualifications and experience. The salary range for this job is: $200,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year.
