We are searching for a Learning & Development Summer Intern based in Los Angeles to join our team. This 6-8 week internship offers hands-on experience in developing and delivering corporate training programs while working with one of the world's most iconic musical brands.
This role is a hybrid (WFO and WFH) position with weekly visits to the Hollywood and Corona offices. This is a full-time, 6-8-week internship (~35-40 hr/week) opportunity slated to begin early June 2024. The pay rate for this internship is $17.87/hr.
Essential Functions:
- Marketing training programs to employees
- Maintaining a training calendar of events
- Developing wireframe / storyboard models for new training initiatives
- Updating existing training materials including documents & presentation decks
- Tracking training completions in our learning management system
- Analyzing data and recommending improvements
- Facilitating training on Zoom (optional, but recommended!)
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) and experience with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging training materials and present information effectively
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, with ability to track metrics and make data-driven recommendations for program improvements
- Audio / Video editing a plus
