About the Role

As a Training Content Creator on the Enablement team at Rula, you will create effective, engaging learning resources that empower frontline teams, such as customer support, to excel and adapt to ongoing challenges. In this role, you will leverage learning and media technologies to create engaging resources, including self-paced online courses, instructional videos, and other training tools. You’ll distill complex product updates into clear, actionable materials for internal and external audiences while managing projects proactively and tracking their effectiveness over time. Your strong communication and time management skills will enable you to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and deliver high-quality work at scale—all with a solutions-focused, team-oriented mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of expertise working within or supporting a high-volume customer support center

  • Proficiency in utilizing instructional design and video editing tools, such as Articulate Rise and Camtasia

  • Proven project management skills with experience planning and coordinating the end-to-end creation of training content

  • Experience supporting product launches, preferably within a tech startup or dynamic environment, with a genuine dedication to detailed documentation

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • Deep knowledge of at least one project management tool (Asana, Jira, etc.) for organizing and reporting on multiple projects

  • Skillfulness in developing self-paced training content and other resources for employee or contractor onboarding programs

  • Fluency with leveraging data to diagnose issues and uncover opportunities for improvement with training content

  • Previous experience working in Healthcare or other regulated industry/environment

What We Do

We believe that when access to quality mental healthcare improves, patients, providers, and payers all benefit. And that’s why we’re on a mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone. We remove barriers and strengthen connection points between patients, providers, and payers to improve mental health outcomes.

With Rula, it’s easy for patients to find a high-quality therapist or psychiatric practitioner who meets their unique needs, accepts insurance, and is taking new patients.

For providers, Rula offers the flexibility of private practice, while also filling caseloads and offering the necessary behind-the-scenes support. Rula handles the marketing, credentialing, billing, and admin tasks so providers can focus on what they do best: providing care to those in need.

Rula is a remote-first company with teams who specialize in the areas of Clinical, Partnerships, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, Product, and more. We’re committed to reimagining how mental health is treated.

Why Work With Us

As a remote company, we're intentional about the culture we're building. We write things down, we communicate clearly, we follow-up, and we follow-through. We have high expectations for our team, and empower individuals with a high degree of trust and autonomy. In turn, we expect that individuals operate with a sense of ownership in everything.
