Helix, a ReSource Pro company, is seeking a Trainer- Insurance Agency Management Systems to create, implement, and conduct training for our insurance customers. This role requires an individual who is self-motivated to coordinate and drive results, partnering with service teams, sales teams, and business leaders.
This is a remote position with minimal travel that can be based anywhere in the continental United States.
You will...
- Liaise with our customers to understand their organization standards and expectations.
- Design, plan, document, organize and conduct customized Sagitta and Vertafore agency management system training for new hires and existing employees for Helix customers.
- Build custom curriculum from scratch, leveraging deep understanding of insurance agency management systems as well as instructional design and adult learning methodologies. Create learning materials and assets such as live training courses, videos, guides, and other materials. Revise and keep up to date in accordance with systems changes.
- Deliver training using various learning models including virtual sessions and written instructions for both individuals and groups.
- Stay up to date on best practices in training, adult learning methodologies, and agency management systems.
- Stay current on system updates and new features to ensure effective training delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs and materials to ensure they are up to date and effective.
To be successful you need...
- 7-10+ years of experience as a user and trainer with Vertafore products
- Proficiency in Vertafore and other Insurance Agency Management systems such as AMS360, BenefitPoint, Sagitta, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, EzLynx, TAM
- Ability to understand and train others on proper usage of agency management systems.
- Understanding of instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Your Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position. The salary range for this role for most locations is $52,010- $88,289. The salary range could be lower or higher based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
