Join our trainee program in April 2025 and seize the unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and a knowledge boost as an IT-Tech Trainee at the start of your career. After successfully completing the program, you will transition directly to your home base in 2nd Level Support at Aareon. Let’s thrive together for a green real estate tech future!

• Training in new development and cloud technologies provided by our experienced IT teams

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
• A completed vocational training, bachelor's, or master's degree in (Business) Informatics, Real Estate Management, or a comparable field. Career changers with a passion for technical challenges and problem-solving are also very welcome!
• Fluency in German and English, an open-minded attitude, and openness towards diversity and intercultural collaboration
• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for current IT trends, as well as a willingness to dive into them
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in the IT field or with the software products and concepts we use
• Initiative, motivation, and determination, along with the willingness to step out of your comfort zone in search of new challenges
