What we're looking for:
We are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Assistant Traffic to join our Creative Team in Dubai. For the position of Traffic Assistant, you need 4-5 years of agency experience in a Traffic role managing projects and day-to-day task routing across the digital advertising space with expertise in understanding and working within a campaign lifecycle, both digital and 360. Prior experience of using a workflow tool like JIRA, Wrike, Monday, or any other equivalent project and resource utilization tool is required. Prior experience of getting quotes and submitting efforts for creative, video, and social work is a must. A good understanding of campaign launches, creative processes, ideation, and execution is essential. Any previous AI tool experience is a plus. Work from the office is a must and in line with the office policy.
To Succeed in This Role, You Need To:
- Effectively organise people and resources to follow processes, demonstrate attention to detail, and show commitment to quality while operating under pressure.
- Possesse essential English language skills, including strong verbal and written communication.
- Exhibit customer obsession and engage in end-user interactions to effectively manage internal relationships.
- Think quickly and demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
- Initiate tasks independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritise effectively.
- Collaborate well as a team player with strong cross-group collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Willingly work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support teammates during sickness and leave periods.
Responsibilities:
- Task planning and monitoring across Social, Creative and Content services on a day-to-day basis.
- Develop and implement traffic plans to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of content (video, social, print, creative, production etc)
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop and execute effective traffic plans
- Monitor and analyze content delivery timelines and make necessary adjustments
- Develop and maintain relationships with content delivery partners, freelancers and offshore teams to ensure the deliverables are met.
- Proactive Resource Scheduling on tasks which are not disruptive and troubleshoot and resolve any issues as needed
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on content delivery performance
