Job Summary:
The Trading Support team is responsible for providing support on trading-related concerns and issues. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, an analytical mind, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handles day-to-day players’ trading-related queries through Zendesk and ensures efficiency.
- Manual correction of settlement in connection to client complains
- Data verification is done using different sources to check game/player statistics.
- Monitoring game schedules and results (US Sports especially).
- Work closely with other Operations teams to ensure that any trading-related concerns are addressed
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond to any inquiries or concerns promptly
Qualifications:
- Experience in sports gaming and betting
- Passion for sports and a good understanding of various sports and their rules
- Knowledge of sports betting markets and betting odds
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer support
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Willing to work on shifting the schedule
