We are looking for a highly motivated and sports-passionate team player, who enjoys working in a fast-growing and dynamic environment to join our Trading Operations team.
As a Trading Operations Executive, you will play a varied role in the life cycle of offered events (event creation, coordination & settlement), contributing significantly to providing our customers a first-class betting experience.
As a Trading Operations Executive you will:
Events & Markets Creation: Have all possible sporting events on site and set up correctly, making sure that all events/markets meet local regulations. Review periodically what the competition offers in terms of live-betting events, in order to ensure that our sportsbook product is the most attractive one, covering our customers' needs.
Soccer Enhanced Odds Offering & Risk Management: Planning and creation of the daily boosted odds offered to our customers on selected-popular soccer events. Monitoring the liabilities of those odds, ensure the desired margin and mitigate the risk.
Real Time Settlements: Ensure customer experience with accurate and rapid settlement of all kinds of events or markets in a variety of sports that are not offered for live betting. Real time settlements in Player Props, manual settlements and resettlements of any incorrectly-settled bets.
Content Management: 24/7 Front Banners Creation - Set up and maintain image articles that will be displayed on our front page for every different market we operate, and adjust the content’s layout according to each market restrictions and local customers' sports interest. Feature the Top Events/Top Leagues on site by region, so that customers have easy access to the best events.
Create and Optimize In-Play Daily Offering: Organize and prioritize following day’s sporting calendar, distribute booked sporting events to the appropriate In-Play Traders, book and set up live-odds, stream and data visualization feeds.
What you will bring
- Wide-ranging sports knowledge and interest;
- Previous betting/sportsbook playing experience/activity;
- Sports enthusiast with a strong data and customer focused mindset;
- Self-driven, confident and organized;
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to take quick and well-informed decisions and act accordingly;
- Strong sense of responsibility and personal accountability for delivering results;
- Demonstrate a team player attitude and work cooperatively with others, acting as an enabler to reach a common goal;
- Sound knowledge of MS Office programs (particularly MS Excel) and great reporting skills;
- Willingness to work flexible hours in line with the business and sports calendar requirements;
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
