Job Description
As a Trading Escalation Operator you will be responsible for investigating any issues related to bets that may have occurred.
Reporting to the the Trading Escalations Manager, you will be part of the Trading Escalations team, who are responsible for finding the root cause and resolving these issues.

What you will do
- Adjusting customers' bets/accounts when an error has been confirmed. This can include resettlements, palps and/or bet cancellations.
- Carrying out investigations in order to find the root of the problem that caused the error.
- Ensuring all escalations are carried out consistently and fairly, with a focus on improving the customer experience.
- Ensuring international regulations are followed when carrying out escalations.
- Logging and documenting all errors, highlighting common issues and overall cost/impact to the appropriate individuals/teams.
Qualifications
- Experience working in the sports-betting industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Solid ability in escalating issues in a concise and quick manner.
- Good experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Flexibility to work various shift patterns, including 4-5 night shifts per month.
