YOU

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end logistics for tradeshows and events—overseeing shipping, labor coordination, inventory management, and on-site setup. This position ensures all event materials and promotional assets are delivered, maintained, and executed flawlessly, on time and within budget, while supporting cross-functional teams to bring events to life.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (% of Time)      

Tradeshow & Event Logistics (70%)
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of all exhibit materials to and from shows and events
• Book truck pickups and drop-offs for all event-related logistics
• Arrange and oversee labor for tradeshows, including property refurbishment and rental setups
• Attend tradeshow and event planning meetings to ensure alignment and execution

Property & Inventory Management (20%)
• Manage all tradeshow properties, graphics, and promotional inventory
• Maintain an accurate database of all promotional items and event materials
• Build and prepare product displays as needed

Team Coordination & Execution (10%)
• Provide direction to contract employees assisting with event preparation
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately, on time, and within budget

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Experience with power tools
  • Preferred Forklift certification
  • Comprehensive background in MS Office suite of programs, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Experience using Smartsheet

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, see, talk, and hear.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally push or lift up to 50 lbs. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

This job operates in both a professional office environment and warehouse. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers/scanners, etc.  The employee occasionally works around moving mechanical parts. Noise level may be loud at times. 

TRAVEL REQUIRED

This job requires 5% domestic travel.

WORK STATUS & LOCATION

This full-time, non-exempt position is located in Las Vegas, NV.

RELOCATION

Relocation is not available for this position.

PAY

$ 27.84 - $ 36.20 / Hourly
