As a Trading Services Associate in our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in managing trading transactions and ensuring operational excellence. You will leverage your skills to support strategic initiatives and promote process improvements in a fast-paced environment..
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately capture all transactions in Risk Management Systems.
- Complete intraday/end-of-day processes and reconciliation checks.
- Collaborate with Operations and infrastructure groups for a unified approach.
- Ensure diligent performance and timely sign-off of all controls.
- Communicate clearly with support teams for efficient query resolution.
- Participate in strategic initiatives to improve processes and architecture.
- Build an in-depth understanding of trading structures financially and operationally.
- Support new trading activity and general book management.
- Facilitate issue resolution across teams and infrastructure groups.
- Maintain a strong focus on process accuracy and control.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and operational demands.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Understand derivatives and hedging products like swaps and FX.
- Know front-to-back Operations processes and resolve issues.
- Recognize the impact of Trade support actions on infrastructure groups.
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with teams.
- Pay attention to detail and take ownership of tasks.
- Be a great team player in a dynamic environment.
- Possess strong analytical and numerical skills.
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and control skills.
- Exhibit project management expertise.
- Have strong technical skills, especially in Excel (VBA is a plus).
- Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages.
- In-depth understanding of financial markets and trading strategies.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions to operational challenges.
- Work effectively in a global environment, adapting communication
