As a Trading Services Analyst within Markets Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate trade monitoring and review, providing essential cash management support, and facilitating timely funding of investments. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our trading desks, contributing to the firm's success. Job responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for Asset Backed Securities Conduits and Tax Oriented Investments.
  • Manage funding and wire disbursement requests for syndicated transactions.
  • Determine daily funding needs and direct internal Treasury team on ABCP issuance.
  • Ensure proper daily settlement of commercial paper issuance.
  • Produce management statistics and manage ad hoc requests.
  • Execute operations projects and support new initiatives and technology enhancements.
  • Investigate and resolve queries from settlements and confirmations.
  • Resolve cash flow discrepancies and promptly report critical issues.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues with minimum supervision.
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Strong logical/analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
