What you'll do

As a Trade Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the Trade Marketing team and more specifically the Sr. Trade Marketing Manager by working closely with cross functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Sales, etc.) to make sure all Selling Materials are accurate and updated. You will also support data analysis and innovation/ discontinuation processes. The position will support projects focused on brand strategy & business continuity with a focus on, but not limited to innovation, customer packs, seasonal and performance analysis.

And here’s how you will do it….

  • Work with Sr. Manager and Analyst to support business development initiatives that will enable the field sales teams to execute brand strategies & business continuity (Go-to-Market strategy)
  • Participate in weekly/bi-weekly calls with the Sales teams, capturing opportunities, providing project updates, helping Sales with customer needs
  • Support the innovation team tracking and reporting business performance; AMPS activity such as base distribution, new items, promotional volume and competition to inform channel & customer strategy
  • Performs high level analysis using syndicated data
  • Assist in creation of Sales presentation materials for internal (Brand review or National Sales) and external (Line Revies & Innovation) meetings
  • Provide support/input for Sales support documents: including spec sheets, selling sheets, price lists, Sales Newsletters, display catalogue and all communication to Sales making sure all materials are always updated and accurate
  • Work closely with Sales Ops Analyst to ensure we have samples, mockups & other key material for customer meetings and trade shows

You have...

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Marketing
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A high level of problem-solving ability including independent judgment and decision-making skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Experience with syndicated data, such as IRI, Nielsen or similar


Pluses (if applicable)

  • 1-2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Category Management

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $61,500 - $76,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
