Job Summary
As a Transaction Processing Specialist in Market Operations, you will provide operational support for Commercial & Investment Banking. You will ensure timely completion of transaction management and resolve client inquiries efficiently. Your role includes offering subject matter expertise and driving process improvements.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for FX Products operations
- Utilize FX trade life cycle knowledge in operations
- Draft confirmations for various FX product types
- Liaise with Legal for template queries and understand ISDA/EMTA
- Perform economic affirmations and netting processes
- Investigate and resolve issues per SLA timelines
- Build strong relationships with internal business lines
- Create and publish daily MIS of outstanding issues
- Maintain a control and process improvement mindset
- Critically challenge to identify control issues
- Manage daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation
