Job Summary
As a Trade lifecycle Analyst within the Middle Office, you will oversee trade support processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs. You will take ownership of client relationships, delivering solutions independently and effectively. Your role will involve engaging with team members to foster talent and drive operational improvements.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy in processing according to SOPs
- Identify and escalate errors/exceptions promptly
- Respond to inquiries and resolve them timely
- Comply with firm policies and SOPs.
- Navigate systems quickly and accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve exceptions
- Partner with technology teams for improvement opportunities
- Address day-to-day queries within SLAs
- Monitor daily workflow queues for timely completion
- Escalate issues to management as needed
- Maintain strong working relationships within and outside the team
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree with strong academic record
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work effectively under pressure
- Grasp concepts and procedures quickly
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Understand trade lifecycle and Middle Office controls
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Possess further education, such as a Master's in Commerce or Accounts
- Have knowledge of derivatives systems (JPMC or banking systems)
- Show proficiency in written and spoken English
- Demonstrate client focus and relationship-building skills
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Prioritize effectively and manage deadlines
- Engage team members and foster talent development
