Job Summary:
As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst - Team Leader within our dynamic operations team, you will play a key role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful relationships that deliver an outstanding experience to our customers. This role offers the opportunity to build your career in Trade Lifecycle at one of the world's most innovative banks, where creativity and excellence are highly valued.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Work passionately as a team player in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment with demanding timelines and deadlines in a matrix-driven organization.
  • Find the right team, you have.
  • Provide comprehensive support in the day-to-day operations for FX Products as part of this role.
  • Possess FX trade life cycle knowledge with experience in FX Operations (Confirmations/Settlements/Post-Settlements) teams, involving handling SWIFTs and/or nostro breaks, including working in a currency cut-off driven environment.
  • Draft long form confirmations for Forwards/Non-Deliverable Forwards/Vanilla Options/Structured Options as different product types.
  • Liaise with Legal for template queries, and have a good understanding of ISDA and EMTA entities within Derivatives operations.
  • Perform economic affirmations, netting, and chasing processes as part of the confirmation team.
  • Ensure all issues are investigated and resolved in a timely manner as per SLA's.
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal Lines of Business within Operations, Middle Office & Client Services.
  • Create and publish daily MIS of outstanding issues.
  • Adopt a control and process improvement mindset.
  • Critically challenge with the goal of identifying control issues and process improvement opportunities.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a leading academic institution
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build business relationships.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and very results oriented.
  • Ability to understand and articulate business requirements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with external / internal clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and very self-motivated.
  • Responsive to a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
  • Proficient MS office skills
  • Graduate with good academic record.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Post-graduate level qualification with 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking Operations is preferred.
