Job Description

Join our Winnings Trade Division and help expand our reach with designers, architects, premium joiners, and kitchen companies. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our showroom retail teams, ensuring we cultivate meaningful connections that bring our vision to life.

Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to dream up fresh Activations, Product Showcases, and Events—all focused on captivating the Architect and Design community. Seamlessly align their offerings with our signature Winning Experience. As part of our national A&D Team, you’ll join regular team meetings, contributing to a unified, industry-leading division.

  • Deliver engaging talks on our company, product range, and the latest trends—demonstrating your in-depth knowledge at every turn.
  • Prepare and present custom project pitches based on client briefs, showcasing a keen understanding of their unique needs.
  • Provide valuable samples and marketing collateral that elevate the entire sales experience.
  • Offer support on paperwork and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for every project.
  • Lend your expertise with installation recommendations, helping projects succeed from start to finish.
  • Maintain speedy turnaround times—outperforming typical store capabilities—especially during customer visits and selection phases.
  • Coordinate client visits for a personalised, high-impact experience that truly sets us apart.
  • Take charge of orders and quotes, adapting seamlessly to each project’s complexity and scale.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within the A&D or Appliance industry (desirable).
  • The perfect candidate should possess a solid comprehension of the Canberra and local region.
  • Business to Business Sales Account Management and new business development experience.
  • A proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Outstanding relationship management skills including influencing and negotiating. 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • An ability to understand clients needs quickly and pick up complex technical and product knowledge and a willingness to update on an ongoing basis.
  • Honesty and integrity.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills including daily/weekly/monthly call planning.
  • A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
