YOUR NEW POSITION

Plan, design, evaluate and manage compensation and benefits programs, such as salary administration, short and long-term incentives, job evaluation system, performance evaluation, retirement plans and contracting of life, health and insurance.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and manage the company's compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring it is competitive and sustainable.

  • Analyze and evaluate market trends and internal data to make recommendations on changes in compensation and benefits policies and practices.

  • Collaborate with company leaders to understand their needs and objectives, and develop compensation and benefits programs that support them.

  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including vendor management, communication with employees, and problem resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

ABOUT YOU

Previous experience and training:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.

  • Demonstrable experience in managing compensation and benefits on a global level.

  • Previous experience in implementing compensation and benefits policies and programs.

  • Solid knowledge in labor legislation and taxation applicable to compensation and benefits plans.

Hard skills:

  • Demonstrable experience in similar roles of compensation and benefits, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.

  • Deep knowledge of labor and tax laws related to compensation and benefits.

  • Advanced skills in the use of human resources software and information management systems.

Soft skills:

  • Analysis and problem-solving: Identifies and defines problems, determines their causes, prioritizes and selects the most appropriate solutions for each case. In addition, implements them, always considering their long-term implications.

  • Collaboration, teamwork, and communication: Works with others in an interdependent way, valuing personal and cultural differences, prioritizing team goals and organizational priorities. Actively listens and communicates positively, establishing trust relationships.

  • Results orientation: Achieves the objectives and priorities established with the highest quality and within the agreed deadlines. Monitors progress and takes measures in case of possible deviations.
