LOCATION:

Canada and US locations will be considered except for the following US States: Washington, California, Nevada, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Colorado Connecticut, Maryland, and Rhode Island.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Affiliate Program Strategy: Design and execute affiliate marketing strategies tailored to each client’s TikTok presence, objectives, and target audience to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Affiliate Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and influencers across varied niches and demographics for multiple clients.
  • Relationship Management: Develop strong, lasting relationships with affiliates, providing them with the support, resources, and content they need to be successful across client campaigns.
  • Platform Navigation & Optimization: Utilize and easily navigate the TikTok Shop affiliate interface to manage listings, track performance, adjust incentives, and support affiliates in real-time. Maintain a deep familiarity with TikTok’s affiliate dashboard and tools to enhance campaign efficiency and results.
  • Campaign Coordination: Work closely with clients' marketing and creative teams to develop campaign briefs, and campaign content that align with client goals.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, using key metrics to optimize campaigns and identify areas for improvement across client programs.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to each client’s brand guidelines and TikTok policies, conducting regular checks on affiliate content for quality and brand alignment.
  • Incentive & Commission Structures: Develop and manage performance-based incentives such as commissions, bonuses, and exclusive opportunities tailored to each client’s affiliate program.
  • Market & Trend Research: Stay informed on TikTok trends, best practices in affiliate marketing, and competitor activities, leveraging insights to keep affiliate programs competitive and relevant.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports on affiliate performance across clients, highlighting trends, successes, and recommendations for program improvements. Present insights to account managers and client stakeholders.

Requirements: 

  • Experience: 5+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or social commerce, ideally within an agency setting or managing multiple clients.
  • Platform Proficiency: High level of familiarity with the TikTok Shop affiliate interface, including managing affiliate listings, tracking analytics, and optimizing content. A quick learner with the ability to navigate updates and new features on TikTok’s affiliate platform.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using TikTok’s analytics tools and third-party platforms to track and measure affiliate performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively support affiliates and align campaigns with diverse client brands.
  • Sales & Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated success in affiliate management, with a results-driven approach focused on meeting or exceeding client sales targets.
  • Problem Solver: Able to quickly address and resolve issues within the affiliate platform, ensuring smooth program operations and a positive experience for affiliates.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with managing TikTok Shop affiliate programs.
