Your Role:

We're looking for a TikTok Creator Partnerships Intern to support our flagship product's growth on TikTok Shop. You'll work directly on campaign execution, from identifying the right creators to assisting with briefs, scripts, and content planning. If you're passionate about TikTok, have a good understanding of what makes content perform, and want hands-on experience in influencer marketing strategies, this is the role for you!

As a TikTok Creator Partnerships Intern, your responsibilities include:

  • Matching TikTok creators to campaigns based on product positioning, audience fit, and content style -- especially in the home category
  • Assisting in creator communication such as sending outreach messages, following up on progress, and ensuring smooth collaborations
  • Supporting in writing product briefs, content directions, and sample scripts that help creators deliver engaging, conversion-focused content 
  • Researching TikTok trends and top-performing creators to inspire campaign ideas and spark creativity
  • Organizing and tracking creator content including links, posting times, basic performance metrics
  • Working closely with the operations and content team to optimize creator output and meet campaign goals

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 10am-6pm PST

Qualifications:

  • Students or recent grads majoring in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interest in TikTok and a sharp sense of what makes good short-form video content
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal, in English -- Chinese or Spanish is a plus!
  • Organized, reliable, able to follow through on fast-moving tasks
  • Familiar with TikTok creators, especially in the home and lifestyle category
  • Bonus: Experience writing scripts, doing creative planning, or running content projects
