  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with ticket agents and venues
  • Providing daily sales reports and performance insights
  • Driving ticketing-based marketing initiatives and partner promotions
  • Managing all aspects of event day ticketing and gate operations, including box office, guest services, FOH and staff supervision and training.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in ticketing for large-scale events and tours
  • Strong understanding of platforms like Ticketmaster and ticketing system operations
  • Excellent data analysis, reporting, and forecasting skills
  • Sharp attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset

  • Ability to remain cool and customer-focused under pressure
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with multiple venue layouts and pricing strategies
  • Experience in settlement and finance processes
  • Knowledge of current ticketing tech, access control, and industry trends
  • Event Day Delivery experience

The Benefits:

  • Access to concerts, events, and other entertainment perks.
  • A diverse, equitable workplace where every voice matters.
  • Benefits like health insurance, wellness programs, and mental health support.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
