As a Ticketing Executive, you’ll join our highly skilled team, providing outstanding service to our corporate business clients. We’re most proud of our warm and inclusive culture, innovation in the travel tech space, internal promotions, and career advancement opportunities.

Most of our Traveler Care leadership started in this role, and you can find us in almost every other department at Amex GBT. 

What You’ll Do

• Ticket issue both point to point and sophisticated itinerary routing for international market
• Re issuance of ticket for any changes/ amendment cause after ticketed
• Issue invoice and verify card charge through Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machine
• Understanding Market and Corporate Fares for our Clients
• Gain knowledge and adherence to clients procedures, programs and policy guidelines
• Build and maintain good working relationships with airlines and suppliers
• Process refund ticket

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of proven experience in Travel and /or Airlines industry
• Hands on knowledge of GDS system – Amadeus
• Ticketing experience with international, domestic and Low Cost Airlines
• Good understanding in international travel requirements and ticketing fare knowledge
• Strong communication skills in English and Thai
• Work under pressure and multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with airlines
• Self motivated with ability to work independently with minimum supervision
