Ticket & Fan Services Academic Intern – Summer 2025
The Ticket & Fan Services Intern will learn the intricacies of an NFL Ticket Operations, Season Ticket Member Experience and Guest Services Department while strengthening their professional attributes. To participate in this internship, students must be able to receive credit from their college or university and have full time availability Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM including special events. We are hiring two different groups of interns (Ticket Operations/Season Ticket Member Experience Interns or Game Day Staff Experience Interns) for this internship. The groups will be determined based on experience as well as interest.  This internship will start Mid-May 2025 and run through August 2025.

Reporting Relationships:
The Ticket Operations & Season Ticket Member Experience Interns will enhance their education by working under the direct supervision of the Ticket Operations, Fan Services, and Season Ticket Member Experience full-time staff. The Game Day Staff Experience Interns will enhance their education by working under the direct supervision of the Event Staff Experience full-time staff.

Position Responsibilities:
Ticket Operations & Season Ticket Member Experience:
•    Assist with incoming calls and emails to the Ticket Office and assist visitors at the ticket windows both during the week and on event days 
•    Manage and maintain customer and season ticket member accounts
•    Learn and use the Archtics ticketing system for account updates and management
•    Learn and use SalesForce CRM database for STM and general fan account updates
•    Assist with data entry including SBL information, customer information, and financial information
•    Assist ticket managers with all non-Eagles events including event set-up, ticket on-sales, and distribution
•    Work all exclusive Season Ticket Member events as well as all Eagles games and any other special events held at Lincoln Financial Field
•    Assist staff within the Ticket Operations, Fan Services, and Season Ticket Member Experience Departments with day-to-day operations
Game Day Staff Operations:
•    Assist with day-to-day Game Day Staff communication via phone and email
•    Analyze employee feedback to identify areas of improvement
•    Assist in the response of fan suggestions, questions, complaints or comments via phone and email
•    Assist in operational support of Guest Services locations
•    Support the lost and found program, including logging, returning and donating items
•    Become proficient in ABI MasterMind program and assist in updating event schedules and employee files for Game Day Staff
•    Assist with event day preparation, including copying and organizing materials and equipment
•    Support the Fan Experience and Game Day Staff Experience team with planning, logistics, and execution of Game Day Staff Hiring, Game Day Staff Trainings, Game Day Staff Appreciation Days, and Game Day Staff Post-Season Party
•    Assist staff within the Ticket Operations, Guest Services, and Season Ticket Member Experience Departments with day-to-day operations
•    Work all events at Lincoln Financial Field as well as Game Day Staff related events

Qualifications
•    Must be able to receive academic credit 
•    Must have full time availability to work on-site in Philadelphia
•    Availability to work evenings and weekend events when necessary
•    Customer service experience 
•    Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
