The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Threat Response Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead a 24x7 team of cyber security monitoring professionals and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

As a(n) Threat Response Team Lead, you will make an impact by:

- Leading a 24/7 team of SOC analysts by managing security escalations in a timely manner, frequent collaboration, and task prioritization

- Applying technical skills to manage security incidents in accordance with the Incident Response Process

- Investigating and analyzing proactively security threats within Solventum’s network

- Creating and continuously improving procedures and assisting in the development of the program’s incident response playbooks

- Identifying opportunities for task automation

- Assisting in the development and growth of a novel external threat team

- Solving complex problems within the scope of a fast paced and growth driven environment

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (4) years of Incident Response/SOC/Fusion Center experience

OR

· High School Diploma/GED from AND (8) years of Incident Response/SOC/Fusion Center experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
