Responsibilities
- Active involvement in the development, implementation and monitoring of standards and processes for the central outsourcing management
- Conceptualize, design, and Implement DORA solution within SCAYLE Payments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify outsourcing needs and opportunities
- Evaluate and select outsourcing partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and assess the performance of outsourcing partners to ensure service quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
- Continuously optimise outsourcing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain clear documentation of outsourcing activities and contracts.
- Preparation of data and analyses as part of outsourcing reporting to the Management
- Proactively identify and mitigate outsourcing-related risks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in outsourcing and fintech
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, law, economics or a comparable course of study
- Proven experience as an Outsourcing Manager in the fintech or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance, in particular FINTECH and IT, as well as good knowledge of practice-relevant standards such as ISO, ZAIT, DORA, MARisk-ZAG
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, German is a plus
