Pillar4 Media is seeking a Testing Operations Manager to join its fast-growing team. 

As a member of the Central Testing team, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and other team members to develop and manage comprehensive testing processes for sleep products and partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Central Testing Operations Lead, the Testing Operations Manager will:

  • Create complete methodologies, testing processes, questionnaires, and testing playbooks for all partnerships that opt into centralized testing.
  • Develop new testing processes for comprehensive evaluation of health and wellness products.
  • Shepherd processes for set design, item ordering, set creation, and database creation.
  • Work with heads of content to align on brand style, voice, and overall needs for each partnership.
  • Help ensure timely ordering of proper product models, set items, and testing tools.
  • Coordinate with set, content, and revenue leads to prepare for photoshoots.
  • Continuously improve and increase the efficiency of the database, photoshoot, and testing processes.
  • Schedule testing projects for brand partners and ensure visiting teams have all of the necessary tools for product/testing photoshoots and data collection.
  • Help heads of content find diverse testers for each brand to ensure comprehensive product evaluations.
  • Assess effective implementation of testing data across all P4 sites, evaluating against Google Helpful Content Update guidelines

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operational Management or other related field or equivalent work experience of 3+ years
  • 1-2 Years experience creating and developing functional strategy, processes, and methodologies for scale
  • 1-2 years experience with database management and process improvement methodologies
  • 1-2 years professional experience in project management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
  • Project management experience specifically in product testing environment preferred
  • Experience in the sleep product industry or related fields is preferred
  • Knowledge of set design and creation is a plus
  • 2-3 years experience working with and/or developing content strategy would be preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in affiliate marketing, search engine optimization, and revenue would be preferred

Physical Demands: Must be able to assist with lifting mattresses 120-160lbs; Required to stand, walk and sit; talk and hear, both in person and by telephone/video call; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls. May need to reach using hands and arms. Not required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or lift objects.
