Qualifications

  • At least three years of progressive experience is required in the validation of software systems. Advanced Level Test Analyst or Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst ISTQB certification can substitute for this experience.
  • Must demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work independently or under general direction only.
  • Experience with the following tasks:
  1.  Analysis of requirements, both functional and non-functional, to identify potential tests 
  2. Analysis of standards documents to identify potential tests 
  3. Participation in software system team planning sessions 
  4. Development and execution of test artifacts (e.g. Test Suites, Test Cases, and Test Scripts) in Manual Testing tools 
  5. Review of test artifacts in a Manual Testing tool 
  6. Development and execution of test artifacts in Automated Testing tools
  • Must have a detailed knowledge of respective organizational practices, procedures, policies, and methodologies pertaining to the management and administration of automated Government systems. 
  • Must have Associate's degree.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Must be able to clear a federal background investigation - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. 
  • Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card 
  • Workdays: Monday-Friday
