At test and measuring stations:
▪ Create specifications in cooperation with central test engineering.
▪ Contribute actively to attending testing Design Reviews and to creating P-FMEAs for test and flashing equipment’s
▪ Contribute to updating standards related to equipment’s, to methods, and to cybersecurity.
▪ Searching for potential test/flashing equipment producers and order stations for new projects
▪ Prepare the qualification plan
▪ Execute qualification in industrialization and process validation phase
▪ Prepare product samples (good, bad, golden samples), organize these samples validation and coordinate registering with
site measuring team
▪ Create test/flash work instructions and organize trainings for production staff ( operators, machine adjusters, maintenance
technicians)
At measurement coordination, performing:
▪ Perform R&R analysis’s for validations.
▪ Measure of product samples (good, bad, golden samples) for validation and prepare of these evaluation
▪ Analyse of measurement data and cooperate with central test engineering in data evaluation
At others:
▪ Active participation in development of test/flash equipment’s with central test engineering
▪ Continuous improvement the reliability of test/flash equipment’s
▪ Define the starting spare part set for new test/flash equipment’s
▪ Ensure maintenance system roles and rules with IT/IS and with production supporting functions.
▪ In charge of DRP system and monitor DRP execution.
Respect of:
▪ All quality standards to guaranty our customers, products and services conformity.
▪ All specifications related to cybersecurity
▪ All standards in terms of environment, health and safety risks prevention compliant with the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) system.
▪ Manage applicable sections of the Safety, Quality and Environment Policy of the site.
Ideal Profile:
▪ Electrical Engineering background
▪ 3 years of experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
▪ Experience with testing systems and test equipment
▪ Experience in a test environment
▪ English language on a communicative level
▪ Hungarian language is beneficial
