What does your job as a Test Coordinator look like?
- Manage, monitor, and improve the testing process within NN Non-Life.
- Ensure that test data and test access are available on time for functional tests, regression tests, and acceptance tests.
- Keep stakeholders at NN informed about test progress and quality (end-to-end).
- Collaborate with NN’s Business and IT teams to ensure an effective testing approach.
- Define test scenarios for functional tests, regression tests, and acceptance tests.
- Implement and maintain test automation and end-to-end testing.
- Organize feedback between incident management and test management to detect issues earlier in the future.
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders at both operational and governance levels.
- Propose structural solutions based on thorough analyses.
- Prepare reports on test activities.
- Report to the NN Non-Life management team.
How do you fit perfectly in our team?
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a tester, test coordinator, or in a similar role.
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (a master’s degree is a plus).
- You are familiar with tools such as Service Now and have knowledge of best practices such as ITIL, V-Model, or Scrum.
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Experience in non-life insurance ("Non-Life") or in an IT environment within the insurance or banking sector is an advantage but not a requirement.
- You have excellent communication skills, can work under pressure, and are well-organized.
- You have a solution-oriented mindset and a structured, quality-driven approach.
- You are flexible, enjoy working in a team, and contribute to continuous improvement.
