We are looking for a Test Coordinator to manage and oversee end-to-end and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities within DDI and also into our exciting Digital Transformation Program.
As our new Test Coordinator, you will ensure that testing processes align with business requirements and are executed efficiently across various value streams and platforms. Your approach will support the preparation and implementation of System Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT phases, ensuring alignment with strategic program goals.
You will contribute to ensuring that testing processes are efficient and effective enabling high-quality software deliverables to our customers.
The team you will be part of
You will join our Test & Release Management team and report to Head of Test & Release Management, Vignesh Manohar.
You will be responsible for ensuring that testing processes align with business requirements and are executed efficiently across various value streams and platforms within DDI to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet organizational targets and enhance overall business performance.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- define and manage the test scope with business including E2E, and UAT. Develop a structured test case framework that integrates with Azure DevOps (ADO) and ensures compliance with industry regulations and standards
- facilitate UAT sessions, ensuring super-users are well-prepared and supported.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for DDI teams, Business Product Owners (BPOs), and Super Users on test case setup, writing, and completion in ADO
- Coordinate test activities across various business teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end UAT flow. Conduct triage meetings within and across Operational Value Streams (OVS) and manage the day-to-day performance of test cases
- Provide comprehensive test case status reporting to stakeholders, track and manage UAT issues, and report on progress and outcomes to business and DDI leadership
- Collaborate with Product and Business stakeholders to gather and document test requirements and ensure alignment between business requirements and test outcomes
- Contribute to the development of governance frameworks and risk assessments to support sustainable and ethical testing practices
To thrive in the role, we imagine that you have:
- a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- experience within test coordination for large digital transformation programs or a similar role within the MedTech or healthcare industry
- experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and implementation
- understanding of SIT and UAT processes and methodologies with a focus on regulatory compliance
- ISTQB Foundation / ISTQB Advanced certification will be a benefit
- Knowledge of GxP standards and validation requirements
- Problem-solving skills to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments
- good communication skills to facilitate cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
