The company operates two sites across the country in Taipei, Neihu and New Taipei, Chung-Ho and remains in close proximity to its customers’ sites in Hsinchu, Taoyuan and Songshan. In 2021, Thales Taiwan established its new headquarters in Taipei Neihu district, gathering all its different experts in one single location to best service its customers. The Group is strongly committed to support Taiwan’s digital transformation with state of the art technology in Digital Identity & Security, Aerospace and Space. Thales Taiwan provides key technologies in Air Traffic Management and Avionics equipment. The company provides services to local airlines and the civil aviation authority. The Group successfully installed multiple high-performance radars that enable airports to easily and safely manage their flights.

Responsibilities:
•    Identifying, qualifying and quantifying opportunities within the assigned territory and leading the sales effort.
•    Manages all aspects of the sales cycle.
•    Manages and develops relationships with major accounts at all levels. 
•    New accounts development.
•    Delivers on-set objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
•    Presentation of solutions and proposals to prospects.
•    Understanding customer’s objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes and forming long term business partnerships 
•    Involved in communication with customers on product changes/upgrades, product innovations, and general company policy changes.
•    Coordinate with Sales Engineer regarding technical requirements for specific opportunities. 
•    Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Support team, NOC team and Product Development) to align resources and ensure customer satisfaction.
•    Drive demand generation through appropriate channel and marketing support mechanisms.
•    Participate and represent the company at appropriate user conferences and trade shows.
•    Provides accurate and reliable sales forecast.
•    Provides weekly reports on sales activities, presents quarterly territory plans and reviews.

•    Other duties as assigned.
 

Requirements:
•    University degree.
•    5+ years of sales experience in selling IT solutions in Taiwan. Experience focused in Online Gaming related industry a plus.
•    Experience in selling IT security solutions or Cloud/Network Solution is preferable.
•    Experience in selling to large/overseas enterprises is an advantage.
•    Proven track record in selling IT solutions and growing revenue.
•    Experience in managing all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, development of the customer relationship at all levels and the implementation of the account plans.
•    Good presentation skills, capable of articulating technical proposals to decision makers at both technical and business levels.
•    Knowledge in application security domain will be an advantage.
•    Knowledge in cloud and network environment.
•    Pro-active team player.
•    Capable of working independently under sales objectives assigned.
•    Good interpersonal skills, with self-motivated personality.
•    Willing to take on challenging work. 
•    Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
