The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Marketing Manager for the U.S. to join our marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing in Germany, this role will focus on developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales success. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in B2B marketing, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and a strategic mindset to support business growth in the U.S. market.

Responsibilities  

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Develop and implement tailored marketing initiatives for key target accounts in line with the ABM strategy.

  • Conceptualize and realize promotional materials, including POS displays, branded merchandise, and sales enablement tools in close collaboration with our design team.

  • Partner closely with the sales team to support lead-generation and optimize the sales funnel.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Serve as a central liaison between the U.S. sales team and the global marketing department to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Assist the social media team in creating region-specific content that strengthens brand positioning in the U.S. market.

Event & Trade Show Coordination:

  • Support the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand networking opportunities and foster new business relationships.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct in-depth market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for optimization.

  • Prepare reports and presentations on marketing and sales performance for internal stakeholders

  • Other duties assigned

Experience   

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales marketing, business development, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in lead generation, campaign management, and ABM execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Deep understanding of B2B customer needs and the enterprise customer journey.

  • Strong background in content marketing and storytelling tailored for B2B audiences.

  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. and occasionally internationally as needed.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.

  • Excellent communication and networking abilities.
