Our Territory Manager manages the relationship with a defined list of large Edwards customers, identifies, develops and closes new sales opportunities within portfolio of the THV Business Unit.
Territory: South of Poland (travelling required!)
How you'll make an impact:
- Serve as main point of contact within the THV business unit for assigned customer base
- Build and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, referrers, surgeons and other influencers in assigned region to push Edwards positioning in the market utilizing influencing skills on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
- Develop and close new business opportunities with existing customers and identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets while developing and executing short-term region plan to achieve region objectives
- Strategic territory management - Data analysis, forecasting, competition, marketing campaigns
- Other incidental duties
What you’ll need:
- Proven progressive sales / business development experience
- Medical devices industry experience required, cardiology preferred
- Fluent Polish and English required
- TAVI experience/knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills, excellent relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of the strengths and limitations of own products and competitor products
- Good understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strict attention to detail, proactive, dynamic, energetic person, team player
- Good understanding of customer needs and ability to explain EW product features compared to competitor offerings
