What You’ll do Here

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our dynamic team at HomeLight, a property technology company specializing in innovative solutions for real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience in prospecting, cold calling, and building relationships with real estate professionals. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential customers, utilizing data to prioritize and optimize sales efforts.   • Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, texting, and networking, to identify and qualify potential real estate agent clients.
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and target accounts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within real estate agencies through regular communication and personalized follow-ups.
  • Leverage sales dashboards and analytics tools to track key performance metrics, identify high-potential leads, and prioritize sales activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to effectively position our products and solutions.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with customer success and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Familiarize yourself with an agent's ecosystem to determine how HomeLight products can fit into their operations.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the real estate or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold calling, and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proficiency in utilizing sales dashboards, CRM systems, and analytics tools to drive sales performance.
