In 1997, Ron Tepper founded Tepper Holdings, family office, while at the helm of Consolidated Fastfrate Inc. as their President and CEO. After 13 years, we opened our first corporate office in Richmond Hill, ON.
Our early holdings were predominantly in Consolidated Fastfrate Inc. and Canada Drayage Inc., with real estate holdings in their freight terminals across the country.

Standard office hours; Monday to Friday from approximately 9:00am – 5:00pm (Monday – Friday)
What You Need to Be Successful In This Role:
- Post-Secondary education
- QuickBooks
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills exhibiting professional communication with customers and other departments.
- Effective problem-solving ability to be able to research from the information given from customers or other departments for difference or missing information.
- 2-5 years’ experience in an Administration position.
- Financial Services industry is an asset.
- Real Estate industry is an asset
- Everyday clerical duties (scanning, filing, etc. boardroom meeting set up and breakdown, ordering office and hospitality supplies)
- Accounts Payable/Receivable considered an asset
