You will report to the Lead of Tenant & Co-inventor Relations, and this job's workplace type is hybrid (office and remote).


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Our mission is "to invent new norms of the future in the city of the test course. We need to provide a safe, secure, and comfortable living infrastructure that enables all participants to participate in testing and developing products and services.


You will not be confined to the existing tenant leasing business, but will build a living infrastructure function that is appropriate for the test-course city. This is an important role in which you will develop leasing strategies for the development of the city from a medium- to long-term perspective, and establishing tenant MD based on the functional layout and operational efficiency of the entire mixed-use city.


You will work with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish the value of the unprecedented space of the "test course city," absorb feedback from the people who will be active in the "ever-evolving city," and manage the overall development of lifestyle infrastructure functions unique to Toyota Woven City, with the operational efficiency view and balance of revenue and expenditures for the city as a whole.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish tenant MD and leasing strategies to provide a safe, secure, and comfortable living infrastructure from the perspective of people living in Woven City.
  • Develop a mid- to long-term balanced rent revenue and expenditure plan with a view to the development of the city
  • Operate tenant management that values feedback from people active in the city and incorporate improvements in an agile manner that increases the engagement of residents and store staff with the city
  • Build and improve tenant management planning and operational operations in Woven City

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or same level experience
  • 5+ years of work experience in complex tenant management
  • Native level Japanese (Necessary in communicating with domestic companies) and Conversational level English
  • Passion for TWC's mission to invent the future norms in the Living Lab, and could put priority on taking actions towards the project's success
  • Ability to act with respect working along with multiple stakeholders while making progress towards achieving the goals
  • Mindset to enjoy speed and energy, such as a start-up work environment

NICE TO HAVES

  • Practical experience consistently involved in multiple commercial facilities and complex facilities from concept planning to opening and operation
  • Experience in budget management / income and expenditure management of commercial facilities and complex facilities
  • Real estate-related qualifications such as real estate transaction specialist, certified property manager, financial planners, etc.
