Job Description:
Under the general direction of the Five-Week Program Directors, the Senior Office Assistant is responsible for the general operation of the Five-Week Office. The person in this role interfaces with families and Five-Week students, assesses student needs, and assists with troubleshooting as necessary. The person in this position acts as a resource for students, staff, and faculty, and assists in the preparation and organization of program materials.
Office of Summer Programs, satellite Five-Week Performance Program Office
Temporary full-time (35+ hours per week)
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Capabilities:
• Computer literacy in Mac, PC required
• Customer service background, excellent communications skills strongly preferred
• Experience in music education
• Strong organizational skills
Duties will include:
• Attending to the needs of program participants, their parents, Five-Week faculty, and related staff via phone/email and in person
• General clerical support
• Communicating with parents regarding student attendance matters
• Communicating with and following up with teaching staff regarding attendance issues
