Job Summary

As a Sales Specialist at iSchool, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our educational products and services. You will play a critical role in establishing relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring their needs are met, and driving our sales success through strategic efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through both phone calls and live chat platforms to promote and sell iSchool’s courses.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, provide detailed information about our offerings, and guide potential customers through their decision-making process.
  • Reach out to leads generated through various channels, including online marketing and referrals.
  • Manage and follow up with a pipeline of prospects to maximize conversion rates.
  • Provide personalized consultation to understand the needs of parents and recommend appropriate courses for their children.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to both call and chat performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an excellent level of English.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries through multiple channels (phone, chat).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a solid sales record.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus.
  • High level of self-motivation and a passion for helping customers.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
