UFS is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. If you excel in B2B sales, are skilled in using CRM tools like HubSpot, and are passionate about connecting with potential clients, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Outreach: Call and email potential B2B clients to introduce our services.
- Follow-Up: Manage follow-ups through HubSpot to nurture client relationships.
- Pipeline Management: Track leads, update client interactions, and close deals using CRM tools.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance and strategies to the team.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role.
- CRM Knowledge: Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
- Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using email platforms, CRM tools, and sales software.
The compensation structure includes a base hourly wage plus commission, allowing for additional earnings based on performance and sales achievements.
