Telefoninterviewer/in ab 60% Pensum in der Markt- und Sozialforschung (remote und/oder vor Ort in Luzern)

Möchtest du flexibel von Montag bis Sonntag arbeiten, bei einem Pensum von mindestens 60% und mindestens drei Abendeinsätzen pro Woche von 17:30 bis 21:00 Uhr? Hast du Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenkommunikation wie beispielsweise aus Tätigkeiten als Call-Center-Agent/in, Kundendienstmitarbeiter/in, Kundenberater/in, Sekretär/in oder Empfangsmitarbeiter/in? Durch unsere telefonischen Umfragen zu gesellschaftlich bedeutenden Themen wie Arbeit, Gesundheit, Bildung, Politik, Medien, Mobilität etc. unterstützen wir unsere Kunden aus der Privatwirtschaft sowie dem öffentlichen Sektor – darunter Bund, Kantone und Universitäten – mit wertvollen Erkenntnissen. So geben wir der Schweizer Bevölkerung eine Stimme, die auch wirklich gehört wird.

Was sind deine Aufgaben?
- Durchführung von sozialwissenschaftlichen Interviews am Telefon – von zu Hause aus oder im Telefonlabor in Luzern (KEIN VERKAUF!)
- Korrekte Erfassung und Eingabe der Antworten in unser System
- Entgegennahme von Hotline-Anrufen und professionelle Bearbeitung der Anfragen
- Sicherstellung der Genauigkeit und Qualität der erhobenen Daten
- Freundliche und professionelle Kommunikation mit der Schweizer Bevölkerung
Dein Profil:
- Akzentfreies Schweizerdeutsch
- Vorzuweisende Erfahrung im telefonischen Kundenkontakt
- Souveränes und selbstbewusstes Auftreten am Telefon - du weisst, wie man Gespräche professionell und freundlich am Telefon führt
- Du erfasst Zusammenhänge schnell, lernst rasch und setzt die Aufgaben zuverlässig in die Praxis um
- Engagiert und präzise in der Arbeitsweise
- Eigenverantwortlich und selbstständig in der Aufgabenbewältigung
- Gute Computerkenntnisse
- Belastbar, flexibel und teamfähig
- Freude an der Kommunikation am Telefon
