El Tecnico de Toolroom suministra la herramienta necesaria a maquinas Vipros/Laser, Mill CNC, Lathe CNC, Router Haas, Thermwood y la administración de herramienta de acuerdo a inventarios y por sistema para un eficaz cambio de modelo y optimización del tiempo de SET-UPDesarrolla y ejecuta un plan estratégico para brindar apoyo y mejorar continuamente los conocimientos, las habilidades y el entorno de aprendizaje en una organización multinacional de ingeniería y fabricación de tamaño mediano y alta mezcla.Principales Responsabilidades:

• Revisar al inicio y final de turno el dispatch identificando cada una de las órdenes a cerrar usando el pizarrón como herramienta de trabajo.
• Revisar al inicio y final de turno las condiciones de la herramienta, fixtures y equipo de medición.
• Suministrar herramienta a maquinas Vipros/Laser, Mill CNC, Lathe CNC, Router Haas, Thermwood y operaciones secundarias de acuerdo al plan de producción
• Montaje de herramienta en holders y ajuste de altura
• Mantener, controlar y organizar stock/inventario de la herramienta y fixtures
• Mantenimiento, afilado y reparación de herramientas
• Reemplazar herramientas dañadas y generar requisiciones de ser necesario
• Mantenimiento de maquina TOGU II (Estampado)
• Realizar Inventarios diarios de herramienta de corte y herramienta de medición.

Competencias y habilidades:

• Interpretación de dibujos y tolerancias geométricas GD&T
• Conocimiento de sistema SHVWIP
• Conocimiento de herramientas de medición (Vernier, Flexómetro, Plug Gage Ring Gage, Micrómetro)
• Manejo de Equipo TOGU II (Estampados)
• Conocimiento de Herramientas (Vipros/Laser) Marca AMADA (Estampados)
• Conocimiento de herramientas (Mill CNC, lathe CNC, Routher Haas, Thermwood (Maquinados)
• Conocimiento en programación y operación de maquinas ( Vipros/laser )Marca AMADA (Estampados)
• Conocimiento en programación y operación de Maquinas Mill CNC, Lathe CNC Routher Hass, Thermwood) (Maquinados)
• Manejo de inventarios Bachillerato técnico o preparatoria terminada
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en el área herramientas o en posición similar.
• Manejo de paquetería de Office básico
