Our TechOps team is looking for a TechOps Engineer who’s hands-on, people-friendly, and excited to build the behind-the-scenes systems that keep everything running smoothly. If you're someone who loves solving problems, enjoys being the go-to person for tech challenges, and wants to make a real impact, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll be part of a small, agile TechOps team, making sure our people, devices, and spaces are all set up for success. This role requires in-office presence 4 days a week in Berlin.
Your responsibilities

Provide technical support to employees via ticketing systems, email, and in person

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Windows and macOS platforms

Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Google Workspace, or similar environments

Maintain, configure, and deploy laptops, peripherals, and office equipment

Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and access provisioning

Maintain documentation of processes, troubleshooting steps, and asset inventory

Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams or vendors

Ensure compliance with internal security policies and IT best practices
About you
-
Proven experience in IT support roles in fast-paced or high-growth environments, with good knowledge of access management, scripting and workflow automation. Experience creating automations in Jira (or other ticketing tools).

Ideally have experience with JumpCloud or similar device management tools

Fluent in English both written and spoken
