Technology Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Technology Sales Specialist to do prospecting, sales, manage a portfolio of opportunities and ensure the business achieves its revenue and growth targets.

This includes the day-to-day prospecting, nurturing, creating proposals, managing opportunities, ensuring innovative and value driven solutions for our Customers as part of the sales & pre-sales process. The successful candidate will hit the ground running, bringing their knowledge, network, experience and work ethic to support us in positioning and shaping more exceptional projects for our Delivery team to realize.

In this role you will develop excellent relationships with our Customers as well as key contacts within the US ecosystem. Most of the effort should be targeting the financial and fintech industries.

 
Responsibilities and Skills:

  1. Building and Maintaining the Pipeline: Growing our network and ensuring we have a healthy pipeline of opportunities to work on
  2. Sales & Business Development – leading Opportunities from initial introduction with a Customer, to writing and negotiating Statements of Work and commercial proposals.
  3. Relationship Management – building and managing relationships with senior Executives and Customers
  4. Liaising with Customers – at key times during the sales and pre-sales cycle e.g. discovery workshops, key presentations, negotiation discussions and customer onboarding meetings
  5. Account Management – supporting our Delivery team in managing commercial relationships with Customers throughout the project lifecycle

  6. Ability to meet deadlines, manage and prioritize simultaneous requests and activities
  7. Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflict
  8. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and written/verbal abilities
  9. Ability to manage commercial discussions with Customers
  10. Positive attitude and strong work ethic


Technical Competencies:

  1. 5+ Years Professional Service Sales or Pre-Sales Experience
  2. Delivery experience preferred but not essential
  3. Strong technology background
  4. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
