Recruitment Process

- Assessment: Take the SHL assessments covering general ability, personality and a Hackerrank test.
- Interview: Participate in 2-3 rounds of interview with our business units to assess your fit and potential
- Offer: Successful candidates will receive a formal offer with the salary determined by interview and performance
