We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technology Project Manager to oversee and streamline our technology initiatives, serving as a crucial liaison between our tech department and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of our technology initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a driven professional capable of managing complex projects while providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations

- Introduce clients to tech representatives and educate them on our technological capabilities

- Schedule and facilitate tech presentations with appropriate client teams

- Maintain regular, direct communication with clients to understand and meet their needs

Project Management

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of technology projects, from development to launch

- Manage internal processes within the tech department to achieve desired results

- Set and maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery

- Create and update client tech trackers

- Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings

Technical Oversight

- Review all proposals to ensure alignment with client goals

- Anticipate potential issues and proactively address them

- Ensure that all enhancements and features meet client-specific requirements

- Coordinate with various tech teams to move projects forward efficiently

Enhancement and Feature Management

- Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of new enhancements

- Coordinate internal training for new features

- Create client-facing training documents and ensure their proper distribution

- Manage the creation of estimates and invoices for new developments

Issue Resolution

- Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of client-reported issues

- Open and follow through on tech tickets, ensuring timely resolution

- Coordinate with tech teams to investigate and resolve problems efficiently

Interdepartmental Coordination

- Act as the primary liaison between different tech areas

- Ensure clear communication and minimize information loss between departments

- Coordinate with data teams to integrate new features into reporting systems

Qualifications

- Proven experience in technology project management

- Strong understanding of software development processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution

- Experience in client-facing roles within the tech industry
