Wolters Kluwer Italia, key player in the development of software applications for professionals and businesses, is looking for a profile of PRODUCT MANAGER for the Tax & Accounting division .
The ideal candidate will actively contribute to product portfolio management, in particular:
- ideate, design and mantain new and existing products
- ensure the business and usage growth of the products under their responsibility.
The candidate will proactively collaborate with different business areas, in particular Sales, Go to market and Marketing and will be highly oriented in business objectives achievement.
Responsibilities:
· Management of the assigned products so that business objectives are achieved; this includes market researches, business strategy definition, product plans, performance monitoring, depending on the lifecycle stage of the products
· Particular focus on product “growth” initiatives both in terms of business growth (e.g.: new customers acquisition), in close contact with sales and marketing, as well as in terms of product usage
· Collaboration and coordination with different business areas in order to effectively define and carry out the activities of the work plans
Key requirements:
· Economic or scientific degree or equivalent studies
· At least 5-year experience as a Product Manager or adjacent roles (marketing, client-facing consulting, etc...)
· Business & marketing strategy knowledge: market segmentation, positioning, story-telling
· Experience in the digital solution / business management software industry and in the field of product growth initiatives are considered preferential
· Data-oriented skills: design and measurement of KPIs and definitions of corrective actions
· Leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills
· Knowledge of written and spoken English
