Department: Business Management
Position Overview:
As a Procurement Analyst you will provide support to the broader Procurement team. You will work closely with various teams including Technology, Finance and Legal to manage and process renewals, invoices, and purchase.

Managing and tracking contract and renewals

Working closely with key stakeholders on their new requirements, contracts and upcoming renewals

Assisting in the onboarding and purchases of new products and services

Liaising with suppliers to obtain product information such as price, availability and delivery

Identify opportunities to negotiate the terms and achieve cost savings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Technology, Finance, Information Security, Compliance, and others to ensure adherence with firm's vendor management policies and procedures
- Review and approve invoices relating to the purchase orders created
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ Years experience within technology procurement

Experience working with Legal and Accounts Payable
- Collaborator with excellent communication skills
- Diligent and able to think quickly in a demanding environment
